it's been a while...haven't worked out in 2 weeks/no calorie counting for 3-4 weeks...just accepted some crazy no sweet challenge...i don't eat the stuff on the list anyway...but plan to hit the gym tomorrow/counting again...I lost more than planned/wanted...#needbuttoxbackhelplol...don't do alot of cardio/3 times/week max...I focus on weights/protein...#talktome!!!
148.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
