fasting blood is 119 (eat aplle cyder 2day) fasting meal 10hrs. i will try to use fasting diet system (normally eat 8 stop 16 ( some data show for woman just use eat 10 stop 14) but due to diabetic so i will use ratio 10:14 iso 8:16
201.5 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 69.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
