I usually give myself a full day in between to rest, but since I've been out of the gym for nearly a month, figured old hit it hard and heavy for a while. I was sore and stiff from ears to ankles after yesterday's workout. I changed it up a bit for today, so I've worked some of those stiff muscles loose. Still sore from top to bottom tho 😂
