Stayed active this weekend & completed my “Honey Dos”. .... Haha 😂 & survived the calorie intake.

This is MAX week @ the Gym, all of us trying to hit PRs. I reached my PR on Squats, of course my partner pushed me and created the drive!! It has taken 6 weeks, but the trainer wanted us to complete the correct Squat form - ATG (ass to grass). We have a tendency to go down about 90 degrees, but need to reach full range of motion or depth!!

Next up - Chest!!

Unfortunately yes, the hardest part is keeping the foot straight when I do lunges. I never thought it would be a challenge. Thx for asking!!
