I’m taking my kids to the water park on Thursday and bought a new bathing suit. It fits but I’d like to shed few more lbs. by Thursday so I feel more comfortable in it. If I lose a lb. a day I could be close to 150 by Thursday. It won’t be fun sticking to this strict diet this week but I’m feeling motivated. Just salads this week for me. I’ll have Tuna to keep my protein up and nuts for Nutrients. Yippee... lol
156.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
