BF%: 21.5

Keeping my relaxed "eat when hungry, keep it clean" diet going, at least during the Winter months. Have cut weekly run mileage in half too while I focus on picking up my 5k pace.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
