Had a really naughty week last week but decided to treat myself a bit but thankfully didn't gain too much. Now time to get back onto the grind... I got this 💪
208.1 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
