It seems unreal that Im not gaining. I cheated last night and ate more carbs than I was supposed to. I had 2 hostess cupcakes and a smores on top of that. Im not proud of it..but at least today, Im pretty much junk-food free..Id have to buy more :) I wont for a while!

And..Im eating a whole lot more..Im not checking calories..but Ill bet Im making at least 1400/day easilly.

My usual day includes:
2 egg omelette w/mozzerella/HC
1 coffee w/HC/splenda/coconut oil

1 can tuna w/ 2 cups lettuce
EVOO, onion, feta cheese
1 coffee w/HC/splenda/coconut oil

2 cups lettuce
2 tbsp salsa
2 dollups sour cream
1 ear corn
some protein like bbq pork
2 hostess cupcakes
1 coffee w/HC/splenda/coconut oil

Now its about 6pm..and I dont eat again til 9am or so. Im trying to drink 8 glasses water a day too..that is what I do when Im not eating.

Life is good. God is great!
127.4 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

I keep forgetting about the coconut oil in the coffe! I'm glad you're doing well.

I didnt say it tasted good though...I just cant get creative enough to put it anywhere else. Actually, the coconut oil is tasteless. It originally was purchased as solid white. But now its in liquid form in the jar b/c of the temperature of the house, I guess. Thats fine by me. Its easier to spoon out oil than to scoop out hardened oil.
