So I have spent about 3 days so far eating 3gm net carb/meal except for dinners. And Im not snacking...just making sure I eat enough at my meals. Dinner is whatever I want. Life is good. God is great!
128.8 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.2 lb a week

Im not hungry..actually, there is a name to this diet..The Carbohydrate Addicts Diet! Actually the point of any diet is to stick to the dang thing and allow it to work. I switch my diets so much, that Im not giving anything a chance to work. I hope this one sticks. I get to have my cake and eat it too..but only after a balanced dinner or veges, protein and carbs..and really the cake would be my carbs. So far so good.
