And the plateau continues...>:( ...I guess I'm not gaining so thats good! I got the mountain bike out to ride after supper, and eventually to work and back, so maybe that will help??
300.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think you have the right idea to add some exercise to your plan. The first time I did WW I didn't excersie and saw some results, but this time with exercising 3x week has really ramped up my loss. Don't lose sight of your goals! Keep it up!

more exercise...or more intense exercise, or just changing the exercise your doing, can alll get you off that plateau....hope your drinkin lots of water...

I've got to be drinking close to or over a gallon of water a day, I have an evian bottle I refill on my desk, and I know I refill it at least four times a day, and also have more water in the evenings after supper. It's almost all I drink besides skim milk!
