I've actually lost a little over two pounds since Wednesday. I went up to 229.7 and got so down about it, I stopped logging my weight.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe water weight....try the scale again after your bathroom movement an see what it says.
