Went out to dinner at Outback Steakhouse with friend. I brought most of the food home in to go boxes because the salad and some of the broccoli satisfied me. Substituted potato for double broccoli and gave my desert to my brother. But I needed to eat my chocolate when I got home. I am not buying this chocolate again for a while when it is gone. Too much temptation right now. Played my trumpet to get food off my mind tonight.
210.7 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
