Starting tracking my food intake again. It’s been a year of dieting, mostly keto, and weight loss of 113 lbs (was 320). I have been yo-yo-ing with 5 or so lbs. I feel stuck. Starting swimming and pool exercises again and feel inches changing but no weight loss. I’m hoping that getting back to the basics will help.
212.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
