Had a crazy week. Lessons learned are1) scales suck base it off how you feel each day and forget what the scale says.
2) don’t over react to the scale and see#1
3) 😂 laugh daily and be kind to yourself.
4) 12 hours of gardening not only causes sunburn but is a killer squatting workout!
196.9 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
