Ohhhh boy!! What a long day!! I am finally able to sit down and check in and log on the mini-challenges..

I did my usual Monday morning check in and yeah to my surprise I dropped another 4pounds.. I am finally at 190 pounds!! Which means to me I am very close to the 180's.. lol lol.. 20 pounds down..I think I can do this.

I didn't do well with my veggies yesterday, water intake-didn't pass 4-5 cups the past 2 days but I managed to lose.. I am going to have to do alot better..
Today was such a busy day I didn't take any snacks so instead of eating junk I drank water and waited till I got home (which was late I might add) and I ate what I could.. Which wasn't much..Wasn't able to log my food or check in.. So the little but that you see on the food diary is literally all I was able to eat..

So tomorrow is a new day..Tuesday is going to be a brand new day, and I have to get back on the logging in and noting my food..

I also want to say the past 2 months - those that have been on the site/group challenges THANK YOU! losing 2- pounds is a great start and I tell you without you all(s) support and motivation I couldn't have done it!

I'm really tired from this day! Will be chatting with you all tomorrow.. Have a great night!

I can't believe how little you ate. I would've gorged on everything I shouldn't have when I got home and would've had a screaming headache! Congratulations on the lost pounds!!

Oh my goodness!!! That's not much food at all but you did a great job by drinking water and not snacking on junk food. CONGRATS 4lbs down!! Look at those lbs just melting off of you. I am so excited for you. Some days are harder than others and today is a new day. I'm sure you'll get back to "normal" today.

Hi.. Rachel & Moka.. I know that food was intake was so doggone low yesterday.. I was hungry, but I refused to purchase anything that wasn't on the low carb menu.. I went to grab a piece of fruit when I was at the meat market but I had to slap my hand.. lol lol I had to stay in control.. When I got home I couldn't get to the kitchen quick enough and I prepared what I could quickly.. I will do much better today and I am sooo surprised I didn't end up with a headache. Toni thank you :) .. I was surprised I had lost another 4 pounds since last wednesday... so that 5lb thanksgiving feast and an additional 2 pounds gone! I'm happy 20 lbs down from when I started, 7 lbs in a week.. Thank you ladies so much for assisting me on this journey! Now I have to focus on getting off this 190! ;)

Girl!!!! You're SO close to those 180's!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY for YOU!!! So VERY proud of you! You're doing just awesome :D I think you may have done better than me yesterday on the amount of food you ate. I haven't looked at your food diary yet, nor have I logged mine for yesterday, but girl, I wasn't hungry AT ALL after I bought all those groceries! I ended up snacking on some sausage snacks and a small bag of pork skins and that's it. Oh, and I did treat myself to one serving of some Lactose Free Caramel Brulee Latte creamer that my mom bought me as a surprise. She didn't notice there were 5 net carbs in one serving :O .. I've had it in the freezer for a while, but figured I could have a little since I hadn't had hardly any carbs. I'm so excited for you!! Yay!!
