Lost the pound I gained last week, so feeling good. Trying to raise the Cals to 2500, but being cautious.


WOD was Pump Day....all Strength, Chest & Deadlifts. The trainer threw in a curve/surprise.....70 Strict Pull Ups (w/Partner), if you had a break, 10 Hammer Curls & 10 HRP. We had over 50 Curls due to the break!!!

Time to find a good RFT Sandwich 🥪!!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm 5'-10" at about 160 lbs, and eat about 2800 cal a day. If I keep the calories and clean up my eating I will lean out, just having a harder time committing this go around. Hence the 1/4 cherry pie I ate last night.

It is always hard with the desserts. I’m 6 foot & 170, but always hungry 😋
