BF%: 21.6

My weight's a little all over the place this month, tightening up nutrition with strict logging in a couple of days starting May. Ran almost 150km this week though so fitness is decent enough.
175.3 lb Lost so far: 56.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
