Considering all the traveling I have been doing and eating out, I am very happy at this moment. I have been exercising more and am feeling good, so hopefully the weight will start to come off.
197.7 lb Lost so far: 21.3 lb.    Still to go: 27.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
