Finally stopped rapid weight loss on this fast after 6 days. Should drop at a more reasonable rate over next few days. Feeling fatigued but active. Ate small amt of yogurt and some cheese. I want to continue the Water Fast challenge but know that I have broken the rules. Still going to make it to Friday and stop 2 days short; friends coming into town.
