Good morning everyone! I am up way too early for a day off, but my mind is racing! I leave on my mission trip to Madagascar tomorrow & I keep thinking of things that I have to pack! Looks like I will be charting "housework" as exercise today - if you can count packing & unpacking!! ;) My weight was up a little today, but that's okay. I had some foods yesterday that I had not had in a while. I had some chili for lunch & then Hubby & I had mexican for dinner. It's been a long time since I had refried beans! Feeling really bloated this AM! On the positive side, I tried on some size 12 capri pants yesterday that were loose! WOOHOO! ;) That felt great! It's been almost a month since I did my measurements, so I thought I would give my self-esteem a boost!

Measurements this AM:
Neck: 13.5in.
Bust: 37.5in. (33)
Upperwaist: 31.25in.
Waist: 33.5in.
Hips: 42in.
Thighs: 23.5in.

LOST 10 1/4in. this month!

Body fat estimate: 27%
BMI: 27

On a serious note, if you believe in the power of prayer ... then I need you! Myself & 21 volunteers will be leaving tomorrow afternoon for our mission trip to Madagascar (island off the coast of Africa). I humbly ask for your prayers for our safety, security & sanity over the next 2 weeks! God has called us on this mission & I want to do what His will is! I am soooooooo excited (therefore, I am up @ 5:30am) about this opportunity! I will greatly miss all of you here on FS & I will really miss my diet calendar! It has been my security blanket! ;) I plan on sticking to my diet as much as possible. Please say a prayer for me! Thank you friends!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What a blessing that you are able to go on this trip. My niece got home a week ago from a mission trip to Japan. I pray for all of you that you have a safe and fulfilling trip. God be with you all.

I am definately praying for a hedge of protection around all of you - and that God uses you in ways that exceed your expectations!! That is so awesome!! You will have to tell us all about it when you get back!!
