I have lost a tiny bit of weight :) My belly is as flat as when I was on Atkins. Its been so long since I havent done low carb as a diet, I forgot what regular eating of fruit, veges, popcorn, bread was like. I like it!
I have been zigzagging my calories: 800, 1200, 800, 1000, repeat... Im not hungry and have lots of energy. For once, I dont feel deprived and get down on myself for cheating. Hopefully, if I get weird cravings, I can satisfy them on a high day and be done with it. At least I wont be knocking myself out of ketosis and have to do reinduction again to get back in to it. I never was any good at staying on Atkins. That is why Ive "done" atkins for 7 years. I hop on when I feel like and get off when Im done with it. I have no desire right now to hop back on. If I can manage to keep losing weight this way, then I wont go back to eating fat.
128.8 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

That's great, keep us informed on how it's going. May help for the future when I can maybe do the same!

Whatever works, Shannon. It was you who told me we are just perfecting now that we are in our healthy BMI range. As long as you feel good and don't go nuts, do what works. :)

Yes Sara, but the difference is we are both at the high end of the BMI, but you are more muscular. I assumed you have more muscle mass than my flabby postpreg body...So you are at a better place on the scale than I. For you, your BMI IS good. For me, I could stand to lose about 10 pounds...since I have no desire at this time to increase my muscle mass. BMI doesnt account for fat:muscle ratio.

Last I checked I was at 24% bf, which is in the "fit" category, but I'd like to get down to 20%. I figure about 10 more pounds for me too, so we ARE just fine-tuning. I wish BMI did account for fat:muscle ratio. It would be more useful.
