Not happy with weigh in. I am down as low as I am comfortable going with my calories and still not losing. I eat 1400-1500 cal daily. Still can't do much exercise because of my surgery. I just know in my gut this is medication related. I am on a med that causes both increased appetite and insulin resistance. I also suffer severe idiopathic constipation. When I cut carbs, it exacerbates the constipation. I am so frustrated This happens every time I try to lose weight. Now I'm off to have my pity party
266.4 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am going to ignore that darn scale for a while. I got into a shirt last night that had not fit me in months. The shirt fit loosely across my abdomen, whereas before it was skin tight. Hooray for NSV's!
