Hi everyone,

I found a Keto cauliflower Pizza base that’s actually delicious And holds (doesn’t crumble in your hands).

Happy Friday everybody💃🏽🤗

2 cups cauliflower
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
Season (optional)

- par cook cauliflower
- Allow it to cool
- Mix in cheese and egg, and mould into ball
- flatten ball into pizza base shape on baking paper
- Place in pre-heated 220C oven for 10 minutes

- Put on toppings including sauces
- Place back in the oven for 8 minutes
153.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
