I am so ashamed of this but it’s the result of exercise and subpar eating so it’s probably a buildup of both muscle and fat. The muscle is a good thing, the fat is not. Oh well...
133.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
