After a seven month carniviore scale-less break, I've started using the scale again. I'll carry on with the muscle building protocol (4x50g Protein a day) but consume leaner and fresher meats than I have up until now.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 91.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
