Yesterday I had to get tickets for the NCAA ice hockey game this Saturday at the university nearby, so rather than stand there waiting I utilized the indoor track, and I finally saw “a skinny fat“ person. I couldn’t figure out what a FS member was talking about every time he mentioned skinny fat, but now I know!
164.2 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
