Nice weekend & no gain.....kept calories within 2400!!


Maintenance Goal - 12 months, halfway through.


Completed Exercise Goal - with 700 calorie Burn, 7 days in a row!!!!


Measured Exercise Time this morning :
• 20 DB G2OH
• 20 DB Front Squats
• 20 Sit-ups
• 3x (9:12)

Of course, some people finished under 7 minutes...uuuggghhh!! 🥵🥵🥵 (even after we did BB Squats 3x)


Great Challenge for this Year!!😎😎😎
169.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
