Actually gained weight as I did a mid-week weigh in. So I’m glad I then again dropped passed the original target. So it’s actually a 3.1kg drop. 💪🏼
184.3 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
