Staying the same this morning. I was actually down a little from here yesterday, but oh well. I did work out but went 5 points over (although I do not count activity points.) I have counted my points the last 2 days and that was why I was down yesterday. It really does make a difference to keep things in check to count them. I feel like I may be able to drop down some tomorrow or at least by next week. I am still trying to figure out how to get to the gym regularly with this new schedule and now the kids are home from school. I'll figure it out- just lots of changes to the routine to work out still. Well, I hope you all have a great Thursday!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep up the counting. I'm sure you'll be able to get a routine figured out soon. You're doing really well! Hope the job is going well-- this is the first full week after training, correct?

At least if you've seen a lower number on the scales, you know you're hovering in that direction - it's probably just a little fluid retention today. Hope your first week at work has gone well - it'll take a couple of weeks to sort out your schedule, but I'm sure you'll figure it out! Have a great weekend!! :)
