Quick question need advice of best percentage or grams of carbs, protein & fat. Doesn't have to all Keto. I think I need a little more carbs but an open to suggestions. Thanks FS members
198.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
