Day 6 Fatfast..slowly losing..waist is exactly 28 inches..down 1/2 inch. Im going to eat more calories today, some meat, and maybe make a quiche...but IM still going to keep the carbs 5-10. Im going to milk this no hunger, no cravings, lots o' energy for as long as I can. TOM is brutal on me, and Im preparing for the worst. Did I mention I was almost a week late last month? That meant 2 stinkin weeks of PMS cravings and irritability. Im seriously considering medical intervention for better hormonal balance.

I swear, after I turned 30 my hair started turning gray, my cycles are messed up, my acne is out of control..Im talking welts under my face! What else??? At least I can control my weight to a degree. Id rather go through the 30s without feeling fat...

Oh yeah, I had the same ol cups of coffee with coconut oil and some mac nuts yesterday. I didnt quite make 100 ounces of water..but I mangaged about 70 ounces. Its crazy that my body is holding on for dear life to this weight! Im hoping by eating around 1400 cal today and tomorrow, I can get the ball rolling again.

Now its 4:40pm in the afternoon. I ate acarb-control bar for kicks, and holy toledo my belly swelled like Im 6 months preggers!!!!!! It sure doesnt take much, does it????? I havent felt like this (a bit irritable with a big belly and a messy house and 2 whiny kids) in a long time. I think Im gonna lay off the bars; I didnt need to eat one..just thought, "hey, Im taking a mini-break, what could it hurt??" Well, I wont do that again! I feel like crud. My body was happier eating fat! I swear its angry right now for me messing up my rhythm. Oh well, live and learn.
127.8 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

To eat more calories or not....that is the question?!?! I'm still trying to figure that out. I eat anywhere form 1000-1800. I've heard thats not enough to lose weight on Atkins. So, I'm wondering if I dare do more higher cal days with lower carbs?!?!

Did you see the my post about that guy who ate like 3000-4000 cal/day of practically zero carbs for one month..as an experiment. Turns out, he never gained a pound...remained at 169#.. I posted this a few days back..

I know what you mean about those bars... they totally mess me up to!! The sugar free candies and chocolates do too. =( Too bad b/c I think those things are dee-lish!!

YES! THe Toffee Russell Stovers are my downfall! THE EAS bars come in a close second.
