Man I ate a little, 1373 calories but 78 carbs & no cycling then Bam, gained. Made a Crock-Pot pot roast w veg's. It was game day, Go Pats!!, and my hard working hubby of 22 yrs deserves a good Sunday meal. I had a small portion but included a few tater & carrot slices. Had more of the pot roast & onions. With a cup of milk & 1 tiny Little Debbie pecan roll. All was put in the food count & I paid today. If I had cycled it would have been better but too busy cheering the Pats going to the Super Bowl!!! Back to the program today & 45 mins on the cycle. Good Luck 👍 everyone today..
