That’s what happens when you eat three fourths of a bag of popcorn! 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ All good. Used it for fuel for this morning’s boxing class and then lifted some weights. Also, getting back into ketosis after my break.
117.6 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
