This is the first substantial weight loss I've had since school started back up, so I'm feeling good about this. I also feel like I could ALMOST get back into a bikini again. I've been working out at least once a week doing weights, and working out my stomach, and I feel like it's really helping tone. I've never had this much muscle in my arms either. I'm just feeling really good about everything that's going on. I've also been cooking al of my food lately, which definitely is a lot cheaper,and tastes so muchhh better! (:
140.8 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
