Oops, I did it again. Last night I ruined another day of eating well by snacking late at night on candy. I ate "Poorly" at 116% of goal. I did meet my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .2% and is back out of range.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
