taddehvartanians. I started on Keto after reading a lot of information about it online. I have been struugling with midlife weight gain, no matter what I do and have also had increasing problems with pain throughout my body. I went hard Keto for 3 or so months and other than getting the keto flu symptoms for a few days in the beginning, I soon started to feel so much better. ALL my aches and pains disappeared, I lost 12kg easily and I had so much more energy. I did not have an exercise regime (hate the gym) but did walk and/or hike weekly. I can't believe I stopped eating the Keto way, I have started to get all the inflammation back in my body. Carbs and I are clearly not friends!!
