Still staying with no desserts, no processed foods (crackers, etc) except gf sliced bread for Chao sandwiches, loaded with my fresh greens. Still trying to reduce sodium.
115.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.2 lb a week
