Weekly FatSecret Friday weigh-in time, may have skipped brekky for a better result 🙈. Let's just say 3k kcal days are still a regular thing 🙊. But I ran a 2h HM this morning, so I've got that going for me 🙉.
167.3 lb Lost so far: 64.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
