Yeah! I finally got down to 145 after over a month on my plateau!! This is not even my regular FS weigh in day yet, but I had to record it. I actually think I will see 144 this week now. I have been sticking with the WW points which have been hard, but obviously it is paying off. So, this is 11 lbs total since January.

On a different note, I have a job interview at a bank on Thursday morning. I've been a stay at home mom for almost 9 years now, (except for a lot of volunteer work and our business which my husband mainly does.) So, I am interviewing for a part time position, 25 hrs a week, mainly b/c they offer good benefits for PT employees. This would be helpful to get better insurance as we are self employed and our insurance is not too great. So, this is a big change in my life, but I'm also looking forward to the change. I'm also looking at some investment houses this week to flip as that really is what I want to do for a career. We've done it with our own homes and are now living in our 6th home and our business is home remodeling. I love design and decorating too, so it's all my "thing." There's always this balance of doing what you have to do to help your family (ie- bank job) and wanting to do what you really WANT to do in life. I'm hoping there can be a mix of both somehow!

Hope you ladies all have a great day! Stay focused and push through the temptations today!!

Woohoo! Plateauville - Population: 1 less!!! Congrats on breaking on through to the other side. Good luck with your job interview. That could be the start of an exciting new chapter in your life. House flipping is great if you live in a good market. Keep up the fabulous effort sticking with your points!

I can hear the excitement in your entry. Lots of changes, but sounds like good stuff! You're right, sometimes it's hard to make the "right" choices when it comes to family and career, but it sounds like you've been thinking for awhile about this and I'm sure it'll all work out. Congrats on stepping off the plateau-- it's bound to be a good week!!

Congratulations on breaking through that plateau, Rachel - you must feel fantastic! I love your new photo - you are beautiful!! Good luck with the job interview. I work 28 hours a week, and find this a great way of balancing work and home life. Your home business sounds great - a fantastic way of making money if you can do it, and you're obviously well practiced already! Good luck staying focused - I'm sure you will!! :)
