Went out for dinner tonight and had a very low carb high protein meal. I also had a very low carb high protein lunch at work. Hope to get another day tomorrow for my low carb high protein diet plan to do fantastic!😀👍
124.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
