Thought I had too many coffees (5) yesterday as I add plenty of cream in each cup. The extra calories I burned apparently paid off & lost a couple oz!!


Time to head to the Gym.....Strength & Conditioning, Shoulders & Bicep 💪.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
