Hari ini bener2 mau coba OMAD (one meal a day), krna selama intermitten fasting bandel mulu, ngemil dikit2. Mulai skrg harus kuat!🙌🏼
135.4 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@wiaa iyaaa, kalau aku secukupnya aja sih yg pnting imbang semua, karbo protein lemak, + serat dr sayur dan buah2an. Pake snack juga sedikit😂
