Timbangan Akhir Minggu ke-48 IF-ketogenic: naek setengah kilo dibanding 2 minggu lalu hehehe...gk kaget banyak cheat minggu lalu :D..target breakdown 75 sebelum diaktifkan kembali sebelum taon baru :))
168.9 lb Lost so far: 64.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
