the amount of water weight i carry after 10 days of cheat is simply astonishing.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So sometimes it's better not to believe number on weighing scale....and look to rely on measuring tape!😀

Thats sooo true. I trust only measuring tape and use weighing scale just for guidance..so that I know platue and water weight. But I won't lie. It's a bad habit to check weight everyday and I am not able to quit it !!

You cant calculate it, but if you suddenly drop or gain a lot of weight (or if it shows so on your scale) that's mostly water weight
