Monthly water fast done and dusted, 108 hours with a few cheat pickles helping out. Expecting some bounce back on the scales with a refeed but will try to be mindful of that.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 63.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
