Staying the same this morning, no loss to report unfortunately. I looked back and see I have not actually lost since April 10 except for shifting b/w 146 and 147. This means what I am doing now will prob. just keep me maintaining and I need to shake things up a bit to get into loss mode again. I have not stressed about food and have eaten consciously so my food intake is not bad at all. I think I just need to incorporate as many light salads and veggies over carbs as side as I can into my meals to kick start the loss again. I really wanted to be 145 to start off May. I will be there next week!! My goal for this month is to reach 143 by the end of May. Hope all my buddies out there have a great day and rest of your week. Happy 1st day of May! Yeah! It means spring is here! Think of the newness and freshness of spring in relation to the changes and growth you are making. We all can have a fresh start and really get out there and enjoy our lives.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your goal of 143 by the end of May is definitely doable! You only have 6 lbs to go to reach your goal. Woohooo! It is probably a good idea to re-evaluate your food intake as you've said and shake things up a bit. Spring has sprung!
