BF%: 21.1

96 hours into a water fast. Breaking in morning with a cheesy 6 egg omelette, can't wait! Cheated a little during with about a pickle a day (12 kcal each) but they kept me from breaking the fast early.
168.9 lb Lost so far: 62.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
