I have not been on this in a long time but I want to lose some weight before I see a bunch of my family at Christmas. I started a new work environment which is always stressful, and my daughter is now entering the terrible twos, which can also be stressful at times. So I'm hoping that turning back to this app will help me reach my goal.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
