From371to184's Journal, 03 November 2018

Well... I think my ever-changing physiology has my mind and body at an impasse. On the ONE hand, my measurements are now 42.25" by 37" by 39" (chest x waist x hips) and am pleased since last month's stats; BUT, on the OTHER hand, by most weight tables I've seen, I'm still considered 'overweight'... what to do, what to do...
210.8 lb Lost so far: 161.1 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I say go with how feel, look and measurements. Those charts are so general. Maybe use them are a very wide overall reference guide? You're doing great.😊

That scale number is so controlling! I’d say you’re doing great. I agree with Becc@. I haven’t been eating so well but I’ve been going to the gym more...my weight has gone up even though my measurements are the same. I need to get eating back under control but I think the gym time is building muscle. I can’t bring myself to log the higher weight even though measurements are the same. Mind games!
