Grrr!!! 150grams down for the week...No centimeters lost. But my clothes are sitting so well on me?! Weird!!
CRAWLING!!!! to the finish line

Probably the 2 hardest parts of fitness and weight-loss, is starting and that last teeny-weeny little flippen-bit!!

PS. 60kg's is just my 1st goal :-)
I am on just over 30% body fat and wanna drop it to anything close to 20% ;-)

100 Days till 1st week in February...Let's do this!!!
136.2 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
